Welcome to the modern 3.5 room holiday flat in Lantsch/Lenz. With its 100 square metres, the flat offers enough space for the whole family. The two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping facilities for 2 adults and 3 children. There is a double bed with an extra bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed in the children's room. The large living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy sofa with a fireplace invites you to linger. There are also two bathrooms with shower/WC and one with bath/WC.
Outside you will find a beautiful fenced garden with a cosy seating area, perfect for relaxing in the fresh mountain air. The fencing offers privacy so that you can move freely in your own space without prying eyes from outside. As well as protection for your children and pets, keeping them out of the street unsupervised.
The flat has a garage space in the underground car park and a visitor parking space in front of the building.

If you want to go into the village, it's best to take the free bus, the nearest bus stop is just 40 metres from the house. In summer, the Lenzerheide water sports centre and the unique sandy beach with the children's adventure area invite you to linger, but also to enjoy an active summer holiday and are an ideal starting point for wonderful mountain hikes.
HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT VALMALA Your arrival
Lenzerheide is the holiday destination in Graubünden that can be reached most quickly from Zurich. By car, drive to Chur Süd and then take the exit to Lenzerheide. In Lenzerheide drive to Lantsch-Lenz. The holiday home is located in Lantsch-Lenz.

You are welcome to contact us the evening before your arrival for an early check-in. Your holiday home will be ready for you from 4 pm - guaranteed. On the day of departure we ask you to check out by 9.30 am.
Handing over the keys
Our office is located in our family business "Bergcafé Aurora" on the Lenzerheide. The key handover is possible daily, from 9 am to 4 pm, in our café.
