The bedroom has a double bed and two visually separated single beds. Right next door is the bathroom, with shower and toilet. The apartment also has two uncovered parking spaces.

The apartment, which has places to shop nearby (Coop and Migros), is very easy to reach by public transport. The postbus stop is within walking distance. Also in the immediate vicinity are the toboggan run of the Pradaschier Adventure Mountain as well as the ski lifts, children's lift and ski school, the Churwalden portal and the panoramic Heidbüel cable car. In summer, the nearby heated outdoor pool attracts visitors. The apartment is also an ideal base for bikers. If you fancy a stroll through the city, Chur can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Churwalden is the holiday destination in Grisons, which is extremely quick to reach from Zurich. By car, drive to Chur Süd and then take the exit to Lenzerheide. The centrally located Rabiusa holiday apartment is situated at the entrance to the village of Churwalden.
