A laundry room as well as a dedicated ski and bike storage area are also available, making your stay even more convenient. The entire property is surrounded by spacious outdoor areas and is perfectly located to explore the diverse leisure options of the Lenzerheide holiday region. In summer, the house is directly adjacent to the extensive hiking and biking network, perfect for active days in nature. In winter, the Tgantieni ski slope and valley descent run just past the house, allowing for easy and convenient skiing enjoyment. Wood for cozy evenings by the fireplace as well as for the outdoor fire pit on the terrace is stored in the shed and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere during the colder months. Excellent transportation options are available: the free local bus with a stop at Val Sporz is about a 10-minute walk away, and the picturesque village with shopping facilities can be reached in approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

The house has separate living and sleeping areas, a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue sets, and a dishwasher. Towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, balcony and patio furniture, a cozy seating area, and a sofa ensure your comfort. The bathroom facilities include two modern showers with toilets, making your stay particularly pleasant. This alpine hut is the perfect choice for nature lovers, active vacationers, and families who appreciate a quiet yet central location and a wide range of leisure activities. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and for a fee.

Lenzerheide is the holiday destination in Grisons, which is extremely quick to reach from Zurich. By car, drive to Chur Süd and then take the exit to Lenzerheide. The centrally located holiday apartment is situated at the entrance to the village of Lenzerheide.

You are welcome to contact us the evening before arrival for an early check-in. Whenever possible, we grant you this service free of charge. Access to the holiday apartment or house is guaranteed from 4 p.m. The check-out time on the day of departure is 9.30 a.m.
