The 3.5-room apartment offers space for up to 4 people. It features a living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen, as well as two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub/WC and one with a shower/WC, as well as a washer-dryer. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue sets. The living room also features a fireplace for cosy evenings.
The 1.5-room apartment accommodates up to 2 adults. It consists of a combined sleeping and living area with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue sets, and more. The bathroom includes a shower, WC, and washer-dryer.
Two balconies invite you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and panoramic views. If you need to work during your stay, free access to high-speed fibre-optic internet, TV, and radio is available.

Churwalden is the holiday destination in Graubünden that can be reached extremely quickly from Zurich. By car, drive to Chur Süd and then take the exit to Lenzerheide. The house is located in Churwalden.

You are welcome to contact us the evening before your arrival for an early check-in. Your holiday home will be ready for you from 4 pm - guaranteed. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to check out by 9.30 am.
