The 3.5-room apartment offers space for up to 4 people. It features a living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen, as well as two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub/WC and one with a shower/WC, as well as a washer-dryer. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue sets. The living room also features a fireplace for cosy evenings.
The 1.5-room apartment accommodates up to 2 adults. It consists of a combined sleeping and living area with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue sets, and more. The bathroom includes a shower, WC, and washer-dryer.
Two balconies invite you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and panoramic views. If you need to work during your stay, free access to high-speed fibre-optic internet, TV, and radio is available.

The spacious holiday apartment in the newly built "Krone" residence in Churwalden offers plenty of room for the whole family.
This modern apartment building, connected to a hotel with a restaurant, bar, and wellness area, is located in the heart of Churwalden, yet enjoys a quiet and peaceful setting. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, facing southwest, away from the street.
The holiday apartment consists of a 1.5-room and a 3.5-room apartment, which are connected by an internal connecting door – ideal for families or groups travelling together. From the balconies, you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Shops, public transport, an ice rink, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Thanks to the perfect ski-in / ski-out location, with direct access to two top ski resorts – Arosa Lenzerheide via the Churwalden–Heidbüel panoramic cable car, and Pradaschier, which also features a toboggan run and zipline – your winter holiday becomes a true alpine dream.
The children’s ski area and beginner’s lift are located right next to the ski resorts – directly outside your holiday apartment.
Please note: The hotel (including restaurant and wellness) is closed from Easter until the end of May due to the off-season.

Churwalden is the holiday destination in Graubünden that can be reached extremely quickly from Zurich. By car, drive to Chur Süd and then take the exit to Lenzerheide. The house is located in Churwalden.

You are welcome to contact us the evening before your arrival for an early check-in. Your holiday home will be ready for you from 4 pm - guaranteed. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to check out by 9.30 am.

The keys are handed over via the key box. You travel directly to the apartment Krone. You will receive all access data from us shortly before your arrival.
