It features two cozy bedrooms – one with a comfortable double bed and another with a bunk bed and a separate loft bed. The fully equipped, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and the well-maintained bathroom ensures extra comfort.

Molinia, on the second floor, is a charming apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, ideal for two guests.

The apartment is located in a peaceful area with stunning mountain views, offering the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities. In winter, the free sports bus from the nearby “Valbella Skilift” stop takes you within minutes to the ski areas of the entire Arosa/Lenzerheide region.
Cross-country skiers will also find ideal conditions thanks to the extensive trail network and the nearby biathlon arena. In summer, numerous hiking and biking trails as well as idyllic mountain lakes invite you to explore and relax.
How to find Setaria holiday accommodation Your arrival
Lenzerheide is the holiday destination in Grisons that can be reached extremely quickly from Zurich. By car, drive to Chur Süd and then take the exit to Lenzerheide. The flat is located in Valbella.

You are welcome to contact us the evening before your arrival for an early check-in. Your holiday home will be ready for you from 4 pm - guaranteed. On the day of departure we ask you to check out by 9.30 am.
Key collection
Our office is in our family business "Bergcafé Aurora" in Lenzerheide. The keys can be handed over daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in our café.
