This charming alpine chalet-style Maiensäss spans three floors and offers the ideal setting for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the mountains.
The house features two cosy double bedrooms – perfect for families or couples – as well as a triple room with a bunk bed and a single bed. In addition, a sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for two more guests.
Two modern bathrooms ensure ample comfort: the lower bathroom is equipped with a steam shower and toilet, while the upper bathroom includes a shower and toilet.
A laundry room as well as a dedicated ski and bike storage area are also available, making your stay even more convenient.
The entire property is surrounded by a spacious outdoor area and enjoys a prime location for discovering all that the Lenzerheide holiday region has to offer.
In summer, the house is situated directly on an extensive network of hiking and biking trails – ideal for active days in nature. In winter, the Tgantieni ski slope and valley descent run right past the house, allowing you to hit the slopes straight from your doorstep.
A shed next to the house provides plenty of firewood for the indoor fireplace and the stone grill on the terrace – perfect for cosy evenings and a warm atmosphere on cooler days.
Accessibility is excellent: the free sports bus (Val Sporz stop) is about a 10-minute walk away. The picturesque village with shops and local amenities can be reached on foot in around 15 to 20 minutes.

Lenzerheide is a true paradise for cross-country skiing enthusiasts: The extensive trail network stretching from Lantsch/Lenz to Parpan is considered one of the best in Switzerland, officially recognised by Loipen Schweiz (Switzerland’s cross-country skiing association).
In the warmer months, nearby Lake Heidsee offers the perfect summer escape – with a water sports centre, a unique sandy beach, and a lovingly designed children’s adventure area, it’s ideal for both relaxation and outdoor fun.

Lenzerheide is the holiday destination in Grisons, which is extremely quick to reach from Zurich. By car, drive to Chur Süd and then take the exit to Lenzerheide. The centrally located holiday apartment is situated at the entrance to the village of Lenzerheide.

You are welcome to contact us the evening before arrival for an early check-in. Whenever possible, we grant you this service free of charge. Access to the holiday apartment or house is guaranteed from 4 p.m. The check-out time on the day of departure is 9.30 a.m.
